If you choose to subscribe to our paid healthcare monitoring service, we will collect more detailed personal information during the consultation session, including Hong Kong Identity Card number, residential address, personal health records, and emergency contact information. Such information is essential for providing comprehensive health monitoring services.

Health Data Collection and Processing

Our application connects to designated medical devices, including blood pressure monitors and oximeters, via Bluetooth technology to collect your health data. This data is stored both on your mobile device and our secure servers. All transmission processes undergo end-to-end encryption to ensure data security. Our professional healthcare team can access relevant data through a strictly protected medical information system to provide appropriate health assessments and follow-up services.

Activity Sensing System

We employ advanced electromagnetic wave sensing technology to monitor users' presence at home. This feature solely detects human presence through weak electromagnetic wave reflections within the sensing range and does not collect any images, sounds, or personal characteristics. The system design ensures user privacy is not invaded and does not record any personally identifiable data. Sensing data is transmitted to our servers in encrypted form, only indicating whether users are within the sensing range.

Social Features and Data Sharing

Our application includes social sharing features allowing users to share their at-home status and health task completion progress with authorized friends. Users maintain complete control over sharing scope and can adjust permission settings or remove sharing partners at any time. We emphasize that specific health data (such as blood pressure readings) is never disclosed to other users.
